Where do I activate a licence?
Enter your existing key when the app or dashboard asks for it. If it is rejected, contact us with the product, version and order reference. Do not send payment-card details.
Does the teacher trial renew automatically?
The current Windows trial is local: after 14 days the app asks for a key. It does not collect a payment method or create an automatic charge.
Which download should I use?
Ask for the current build for your device and product. Source versions and older download links do not establish which build is installed on your device.
Can I use a Mac to manage my child’s devices?
Yes, a compatible Mac browser can open the web parent dashboard. The child devices supported by the active app lineup are Windows and Android.
